Ballerina Flats

[ Edited ]

I'm looking for a shoe sold at Nordsrom that was a comfortable flat. It was similar to Tieks but much cheaper. Please help me... Could it have been the Brand Me Too?

Softwalk or Born?

So many of the ballet flats lately have the elastic around the top to resemble a real dance shoe and that look is awful.

 I just purchased a pair of Vince Camuto Prilla in Metal Gray and they are absolutely adorable and comfortable.  It has the strap but with studs on it.  I got them at Lord & Taylor on sale with another 30% for FF.

Cole Haan ballet flats are my go to once the sandals are put away.  Truthfully the ballet flats of a few years ago I preferred. (I have some that are 5 years old that still look great)  Sometimes you can pick up the older version at 6PM, Saks Off Fifth, Nordstrom Rack and even ebay.

I am addicted to Cole Haan flats, I have them in ( Tali style) black, platinum, pale pink, navy,and cream snake. They are the best, I work in them, travel Europe in them and go out in them. Feminine and elegant

@kitty4me,  If you have not found what you are looking for check JJill website as they carry ballerina flats and other very nice looking flats and have various brands:  Me Too, Ugg, etc.

Anyone have an opinion about Tori Burch? One style looks like a traditional flat and another has the gathering. How about sizing?

@kitty4me

Why not look at the Nordstrom website or use Google to find a photo of the shoe or something similar? If you can find the shoe in store, take a photo of it and/or the box and research it online. That's what I do when I see a shoe I may like to see where it's sold and how much it costs and to see what the reviews are if there are any.

I also like Cole Haan ballet flats, I have a black pair I bought a few years ago at Winners. They are nice and are finished well inside and out. I have other ballet flats by Naturalizer, Clarks, and Hush Puppies. I think you just have to try them on for fit to see what works for you.
