B. Makowsky hand bags

I ordered a beautiful red hand bad and paid over 280.00 for it, plus the matching wallet for my best friend fore Christmas. Within 2 months the shoulder strap completely broke off. It was poorly tacked down to begin with you could tell. I called qvc to inquire where my friend could send this expensive handbag to be repaired or replaced and was told that Bruce nor qvc stands behind his products. Will not be making that expensive mistake again.
