Anyone have experience with sending a dooney for repair/replacement?

The Dooney Ostrich Tote in taupe I bought in December has a discoloration problem on the back of it. I have carried it this long without complaint b/c I absolutely love the bag and the problem is on the back. I am wanting to send it in though to get this taken care of b/c the discoloration (its a darker shade of taupe) covers about 5 inches across and all the way down the bag on the back. What is your experience when sending a dooney for repair/replacement. TIA
