A93783..this BMK bag has defective handles. I read the reviews and the questions and over and over is the concern of faulty handles, and returns. I would order several of these bags, but not after the email I received. I emailed BMK.com to ask about this bag and the defective handles falling apart. I asked if they intended to fix this problem, and I got a reply. "No, they will not repair faulty handles on this bag due to 50% of them being OK." I do not feel this is an appropriate answer from BMK to a customer. What do you think of this? {#emotions_dlg.sneaky} Not feeling the love Bruce!!
