Are the Alegria shoes worth it?? Comfortable?? I was thinking about ordering the shoe. I have developed feet issues. I fractured my left foot this year (just got out of my boot finally) and I have achilles tendinosis on my right. Which I might have to have surgery.
thanks a lot..
@ruthbe
I started wearing Alegrias shortly after I changed careers. Started working in healthcare and went to nursing school Between work, school and clinicals, I was on my feet most of the time. Cheap athletic shoes weren't working for me so I bought my first pair of Alegria clogs when I was still working as a tech. Twelve years ago -- or more.
It didn't take much time for my coworkers to catch on and start ordering them. I have a tricky knee and Alegrias have always been dependable. I have several pairs and several styles, but no sandals.
Check out the website. I've found that some of the styles fit a little differently than others, but I've had luck wearing the same size with no issues.
Is there a local retailer where you can try on a pair?
