Re: Adjustable Sandals with buckles instead

I agree, cheaper than a buckle.Velcro is fine on sneakers but on a pair of Clark's $60 shoes, no. They look orthopedic. By the way, is anyone else upset at the price of shoes? New Clark's are often over $100. I don't think so. Why are they only showing sandals lately? Not always a sandal day.

And as usual I'm in the minority. I like the Velcro closures on shoes. I struggle with getting the buckle closed and it's easier with Velcro. I will admit that buckles look a bit classier but that comes in second to being easy to get the shoe on and off .

I'm in the minority with you. I prefer the Velcro. I think it's a ""cleaner"" look. I don't like buckles on my shoes (or my handbags).

I hate Velcro on shoes. Does every shoe have to have Velcro?

Try Munro.com. They have adjustable shoes in every width, with buckels, and are less "medical" looking. I think they are both comfort and cute.

QVC sells plenty of shoes with buckles. I think the velcro closures are for women who are specfically looking for that type of comfort shoe.

Four buckles on each shoe would drive me nuts.
