Oddly enough, as much as I have historically disliked the LL, I found the orange in my cart too. I refused, however, to pull the trigger, mainly because of my question about the lining. I really hate that pink lining.

Oh no. The world is going crazy. Stevie is shopping for a LL bag I like the one in teal but I already have one in grape. Can't justify paying $300 for the same bag in a different color...maybe later, when I make six figures....

I know, bizarre right!? But just to be clear, I didn't order...

And just to further 'splain... My ire for with this bag is not primarily with the bag itself. It's with the extent to which they push and push and push it... For example, it was visible in every single Dooney show yesterday and in a couple of the shows that weren't even about Dooney... And it's been that way for literally years... All right, so it sells... I get it... and nutso or not, I just find it annoying!

Now, all that said, and while this has never been a favorite silhouette of mine, I do see the value in owning a bag like this, so every once in a while I toy with it... After all, the colors are fabulous... I do like the occasional hobo and to tell you the truth, if they'd just ditch that pink lining, I'd probably have ordered at least one by now!

I think you can live with the lining...it's not that bad....at least it's not as busy as it is on Tig bags. Now that's the lining that stops me from buying their bags altogether.

Hey TK... No, it's not that bad, and I probably could live with it if I otherwise adored the bag, but the lining is the deal breaker... Dooney has used this exact same lining in a darker neutral color and I love it, but that pink is just not for me... A little crazy, maybe, but, well, so be it... I really prefer neutral linings and I particularly don't like linings that are wild patterns, really 'girly' colors or that otherwise potentially clash with the color of the bag. This is one of my current gripes with the new oryany lining... And yea, I don't like most of The Tig linings and absolutely could not abide that BMak animal print lining!

But, but....it is neutral??? Or are you just a pink hater? lol. To be honest, I'm not crazy about this lining either but it's not the most important part of the bag....

What can I say, when on the fence, (and even when not on the fence but especially when I am...) linings are a big part of choosing or not choosing any bag for me.

I like some pinks, salmons, lavenders, corals, etc., in clothes but in bags, not so much, yes, even linings! There are exceptions, but they're rare.

I must say that this particular bag is well stocked because it's pretty much in every Dooney show. I love the colors but this is one style I don't own from Dooney because it's not my particular taste. I did hear them mention that it's the best selling bag that Dooney has QVC.
