Wow, these have to be brand new or they were never out of the box.  They still had the styrofoam in them, the little chain heart attached and the soles are clean as a whistle.

 

They are comfy, the leather is a little stiff but not uncomfortable.  I am sure it was soften up with use.

 

Got these for under $40.00 including tax and shipping.
