I hate shoes with white or light colored soles.

I can't wait for that trend to be gone.

@sunnygirl 007  If you are referring to the shoes QVC sells, I think this is probably what sells the best for them and has fewer returns.  I am just about to post about zippers in pants.

I agree. I have two pairs of Earth Brand sandals that I would love to replace . One is a gladiator sandal and the other is a dressier wedge but it does not have a platform in the front. They are both very comfortable and I have gotten a few summers out of them. I really can't find anything to replace them. Hopefully next summer there will be better choices.

@Love the Au and Ag  I found some good Earth sandals and shoes this year in QVC:

A643869 in solid or multi

A648405 in solid or multi

The second pair runs long.  I wish I had exchanged them, but I didn't because it's always hard to tell whether the smaller size will fit.

I bought another pair of Earth ballet style shoes about a month ago, and they also run big and went back because they were falling off my feet.

If you decide to check the Earths out, shop around.  There may be better prices elsewhere.

Q doesn't offer/sell those.  Q gets the clunkers.

@fthunt  Most of those are available online, they just don't present them.  QVC offers a lot of shoes that are never presented.

Actually, QVC does sell some cute shoes; they just don't present them.  I don't know if they sell the ones hosts and models wear though.  It's disappointing though that the hosts and models often wear heels, but I never see them presented.  I'm more likely to visit a shoe site like Zappos or sites like Nordstrom Rack, Macy's, or Belk when looking for shoes.

I was disappointed in the offerings at Belk when I was in their store recently though.  If that's the 2025 offerings, I may not be buying any shoes next year.

Thank you. I'll take another look. I really like the first pair.

Also , a lot of sneakers look like they belong on a 16 year old . Can’t wait for that to be gone too.

That's an odd question.   We can only speak for ourselves.  We can only give our opinions.   We don't all define "ugly" in the same way.   Speaking for myself, there are styles and shoe brands that I gravitate too.   I'm 64 with bunions that are not too serious but they prevent me from wearing some types of shoes and boots.  I'm ok with that because I have no problem finding attractive, even cute footwear of all types.  I do prefer classic styles because that will work for me for years.

Is it just me, or have shoes gotten uglier and just ugly. I know comfort is important, but I have some very nice and modern shoes that look great and are comfortable.

It's not just you!
