Have you tried roasting it in the oven cut like hamburger dill spears?

Set oven to 400 degrees

Cover a bake sheet with oil and spray with olive oil.

Place cut zucchini, yellow squash, and large rounds of onion on the sheet.

Spray tops.

Season, salt, pepper, Mrs Dash Table blend

Bake 15 minutes, turn

Bake another 15 minutes.

No fat, no breading!  Enjoy!!!:0

@Scorpio1971
Is this a really sweet loaf?

@deepwaterdotter
I never remember the difference.  With the '6 tbsp melted butter', do you cut the butter first, then melt OR  do you just melt some butter until you can collect 6 full tablespoons?

Thank you both for sharing your tempting recipes!

@vabreeze  I cut the butter first, then melt.  Enjoy your zucchini bread.

@vabreeze

I do not find it too sweet.  You could also cut the honey down to 3/4 cup for the 2 loaves it makes if you think it might be too sweet.
