@tockerman I've done it twice.  The first time I made it 72 days and the second time I just did the 30 days.  I eat very naturally for the most part so I didn't have to give up much, except chocolate and beer. 😏  I got most of the recipes from "Well Fed", by Melissa Joulwan and the most recent Whole30 book.

Are you doing it now?  If so, I think it's great!

Re: whole30 recipes

[ Edited ]

I don't have any recipes for you, I just converted my own for my Whole30.

I recommend getting recipes directly from the Whole30 website/blog to be sure they are compliant.  If you use the internet (Pinterest or Instagram) for Whole30 recipes be very careful.  Many people tag them as Whole30 and they reallly are not.  Melissa goes on a rampage about that once very 6 months.  LOL

Good luck.

I switch to Primal Blueprint after I finished my Whole30.  I've never felt better.

It's a food elimination program to give you insight into food allergies, food related symptoms and has a side benefit of weight loss for some.

It's basically a personal experiment in food.

I am also doing the Whole30 but bought the book which contains recipes for all meals.  Maybe "google" would be your best bet.  How have you done on this plan?
