I could eat my weight in scallops lol! Your dinner sounds great!
We'll be having our traditional Easter dinner. Baked ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, chicken & dumplings, carrots and deviled eggs. Probably pie for dessert, but I haven't decided what kind yet.💝🌸

Barbecued spareribs, baked potatoes, and corn casserole.

Roasted leg of lamb, roasted Brussels sprouts, possibly a carver ham with the rest TBD.

Easter Buffet at a local country club. We can all eat whatever we want, and as much as we want. And I don't have to do a darn thing other that put on a dress.

It sounds exotic and fantastic!
Are you making all the dishes and if so what are you using to stuff in the flank steak?
Yum.

All of your dinners sound wonderful! We are headed over to my nephews for dinner where he is smoking salmon and chicken. I am bringing mashed potato casserole, Italian Easter bread and Italian cookies.

Bbq steak, baked sweet potato and mixed veggies and a Nothing Bundt Cake. It's supposed to rain but who cares. We still bbq and eat outdoors before summer hits and it's to hot to enjoy the outdoors.

@rockygems123 ---Hi!---I make a regular bread stuffing for the flank steak----my mom made this dish when I was growing up. Yes am cooking it all. The scallops recipe is from Bob Wardens pressure cooker book----I know--scallops in a pressure cooker!!! Amazing-- but they are never over cooked!! It is a lovely sauce made with white wine and butter, lemon juice and other flavorful things---then over the pasta----
