No real recipes this week---not feeling up to snuff lately--nothing serious just one of those weeks--

anyway, seedless watermelon has been on sale for $3.99 for the whole thing!! Love it but don't have the knack for getting a good one---now I order my groceries to be shopped then delivered---can't carry a whole watermelon around anymore--so am depending on some else to pick one out---I know----what are the chances I get a good one???? But they have been WONDERFUL!!! I just didn't get to carvng it up soon enough this week and it did turn to being mushy---booo, hisssWoman Wink--enter my Vitamix, so I cut the thing up and buzzed it into lovely, smooth, pink juice!!! Then I added coconut water to it and--- wow--what a treat!!! Think I will make ice cubes out of some of it to  add to our ice teas. YUM!!!

I love watermelon.  I also have my groceries delivered.  For a treat, I've been ordering cut-up watermelon!.  Pricey, for sure, but it's been wonderful.  Always the very best bright red juicy cut-up melon.  The only waste is the container that it comes in.!!!!!!!

I ususally get the cut up watermelon as it's easier to handle but I also know that it comes with the risk of health issues since I'm not cutting it at home.

I buy big sections of watermelon every few days. Its so hydrating and loaded with anti oxidents and vitamins. I also have cantaloupe and blueberries every morning. Big fruit fan!

That sounds delicious!  Will try that.  Without and possibly with the go-go juice lol.
