Just an update about the cashew cream I made for dairy free lasagna---I was be moaning how thin the sauce was instead of like a ricotta type thickness ---well--- I used it straight from my blender then, which was very thin ---but when it was in my refer, it thickened up very nicely without any need to thicken it--so next time I will pre- make it and store until I am ready to use it as I did, for lasagna or whatever.
