I buy the potstickers from here--DD loves them and have to say, they are one of the very few things that actually taste really good. got the one bite sized ones this time--- Anyway DD and I love ramen--have a fave spot that we go to for it--however--it is very pricey but very good too. I  found some dashi broth packets made from dried fish and mushrooms-- which is the base of the ramen soup--which you really need for a good bowl of ramen. We decided to make our own ramen bowls-- and boy did it  turn out amazing. We added the bits and pieces of left over veg into it as well as a few added things like sesame oil and a touch of soy sauce, cooked up the noodles  in it --also swirled in an egg then added a few of those potstickers---- it was hearty and flavorful and much less sodium and still had that yummy dashi broth. I used the noodles from a top ramen pack--would like to find baked ramen bricks instead of the ones that are deep fried.   Delicious. Heart

@wagirl

Sounds delicious!  Will have to try for sure.

As @Shelbelle we buy the larger Trader Joe's pot stickers.

We also make a soup with pot stickers and bok choy, mushrooms, miso paste scallions ginger low sodium chicken broth.  One of our favorites.

@Marp

Are those the glassy looking thin rice noodles or opaque chubby udon noodle?

Neither @rockygems123.  They are a noodle like what comes in the Ramen soup packages but, of course, just the noodle as shown in the photo posted by @LizzieInSRQ.

@wagirl  sounds delicious!  I'm always worried about MSG in those packets.  Do the Dash broth packets have MSG?

@simplyfriends --no msg--1 packet is 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 110mg sodium, 25 calories, 0 fiber/sugar, 2 g protein, made in Japan

Made from--bonito flakes, sardine, mackerel, flying fish Woman Embarassed,kombu kelp, shii-take mushrooms, all dried. Comes  like a teabag. Got from AMZ and is by Grelim dashi japanese soup stock. Cost was $14.98, 18 servings--

so lots of fish but not fishy tasting. Is very good like the  genuine ramen bowl broth.
