time savor for mashed potatoes

boilthe potoates and the mash  or rice them the daay before.  do not addanything to them.  then place in fridge.  when readdy to serve, pull them oput, add the butter cream ect and warm in the microwave.  it is the dairy that gives leftover taste to them

i cut and peel them and place in water the day before. cook them thanksgiving day. this is one of the fastest and easiest to prepare side dishes.

I cook my potatoes in the microwave no water and the come out amazing
