My herbs and spices are stored in the pantry. I use a clear over-the-door pocket organizer and keep them in groups according to what would be used together.

I have two of these in a dark corner in the kitchen for the most used:
and a small plastic stair-step type inside the cupboard, along with a Penzey's 9-slot box holding 1/4 cup jars.
Eeks, now I'm embarassed by so many spices!

I have 2 Rubbermaid twin turntables. I have one with both tiers plus the other without. I use the one without for the taller jars & put smaller spice jars on the other. They are on the bottom shelf in the upper cabinet next to the stove not above it.
Since they spin around it makes it easier to find what you are looking for.
I just replaced all my Penzeys spices a few months back. I had 2 $50 gift cards.

@denisemb Did you do the Pricilla Houser method and use oils?
This little fella greets me in the downstairs half bath.
Did you ever see the 6 seat wooden table where Pricilla painted the village around the edge to form a circle? Today, it would be worth thousands.

I have two lazy susans in the cupboard. I purchase spices from Penzey and love that I can get the small bottles of almost everything. The only full sizes I get are the spices I use a lot of.

Don't remember it being the Pricilla Houser method, but we did use oils. Remember cringing every time I had to buy a new red because they were always more expensive, LOL.
Had to post your racoon picture again because I adore it!
