spaghetti, casserole

6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 TB butter
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 med. green pepper
7 oz. can tomato paste

10 oz. can tomato sauce

Italian seasoning to taste ( I use penzeys)


1 tsp. sugar

1 cup of your favorite cheese mozzarella I like to use a combo of white cheeses

I like to add different seasoning to my sauce!!!



Preparation:
Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain and add eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Place in a greased pie dish. Pour cottage cheese on top. To make meat sauce, fry ground beef, onion and green pepper until brown. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, sugar and meat seasoning. Add sauce on top of cottage cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add cheese and bake until it melts. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
