Having dental work, I need some smooth healthy soups during this time.  I know you on the forum can come up with some good recipes, thanks

Just look on google--tons of good recipes there altho I KNOW there are many yummy ones from the posters.

@matty liz  If you have a blender, you can make almost anything a smooth soup. I like to cook broccoli and onion in chicken broth and throw it in the blender. Then I put it back into the pot and add good, sharp shredded cheddar and stir until it melts. Yum!
