sesame oil

when you purchase sesame oil, read the label.  they are not all pure sesame oil.  some are vegeatble oil flavor with sesame.  and when you use sesame oil, you want the real thing

My favorite brand of toasted sesame oil is La Tourangelle.  I buy it at Amazon.

I purchase in a vegetable stoere which also carrys various oils, so I love roasted sesame oil for stir frys, and pure sesame oil for other foods.
