I should do some internet sleuthing for some toaster oven recipes. I use ours a lot, and I've picked up toaster oven-sized baking pans/sheets at different times--even a little bundt pan. I just haven't gotten around to using them. For just DH and me, the smaller sizes are perfect.

@nyrose18    I'm not sure what you're looking for.  Beginner recipes were suggested because of your statement, "I mean SIMPLE recipes".   You don't need special recipes for your Breville as it is not a toaster oven.  Its just like a big stove oven on a smaller scale.  Use the same recipes you've been using for years.

Can you watch a cooking DVD recipe and with that Visual knowelege translate the ingredient list?  Many Libraries have DVD sections.  You could check a few DVDs out for free to see if that system would work for you.

Cudos to you for your persistance in figuring out the printed medium of these boards.
