As someone with food allergies, I completely agree.  Reading labels is a way of life for me.

Kroger is WAY overpriced in PHX.........and I don't eat enough to qualify for their "gasoline points".

korgers is way over priced here too.  we used to be smith's and since kroger took over, they have gone downhill. and uphill price wise

a friend and i share a smith card for fuel points.  they reside in a high priced gas area of utah.  so i use my smith's card but they get the points.  smith's doesn't like it but who cares?

It's rare that I eat something that includes a label, but this is good advice to be aware of the additives that do not promote health.
