@sunshine45I bake mine on a cookie sheet at 350* for about 10 to 12 mins.  Sprinkle some coarse sugar on them before baking.

Any pie that is a custard, will not support a cut out on top, a fruit pie will. This is why you must put your decorations on last ,with a pumpkin pie..it goes in as liquid and the  cut outs would sink  to the bottom
