help!, need a mac and cheese recipe for the mini pie maker machine

I have the wp pie maker, great size but I don't want to spend money on the cookbook just for the mac and cheese recipe, I tried the velveeta recipe and it was horrible, it was so dried out and fell apart when I took it out, I know I am doing this wrong, I do hope someone knows how to get it right.
