My mother always cut up boiled eggs and put them in her dressing, not raw eggs

Yes, raw eggs into the stuffing mix.  I do not stuff the bird with stuffing, I cook the stuffing separate.

I have never heard of putting eggs into stuffing until I read it here.  I do not use them.

 

I would love to taste it with eggs though, as I am really curious how it tastes and how it may change the consistency of the stuffing.  I may just try to make a small pan of it and Mr 4kitties and I can sample it!
