Make the dole whip. One bag of this mixture makes about 2 gallons of Dole Whip. That’s obviously a lot of Dole Whip to consume in any one sitting. So you’ll want to scale it down for your soft serve ice cream machine. The proportions to make 1 quart would be 2 cups of water and 1 3/4 cups of the Dole Whip dry mix. Fill a bowl with the cold tap water then add the appropriate amount of Dole® Soft Serve mix while stirring with a wire whisk until mix is completely dissolved (about 2 minutes). Pour the mixture into your soft serve machine. If you make 1 quart at a time you will have enough mix in one bag to make these 8 times. The case comes with 4 bags so that’s a whopping 32 1 quart Dole Whips!

Do this: Instead of adding water...add milk. That's right, I said MILK! It will produce a even more "creamy" texture.
Try This: Instead of adding water...add 2 parts milk "and" 1 part cream (do not add all cream because the texture will come out like BUTTER...when it is whipped)
My personal way to make the "dry" mix even yummier:
SMALL BATCH (Quart): In a mixer bowl with a whip attachment...add 2 cups of "COLD" milk (Whole, 2%, 1% or Fat free), ADD 1-3/4 Cups of Dole Soft Serve dry mix...begin blending until the milk & dry mix is thoroughly combine (approx. 2-3 min.), while mixture is still blending...add a final 1 -1/2 C of milk "AND" 1/2 C Heavy Whipped Cream.
Continue whipping or blending for about 1-2 more minutes "OR" until everything is well-combined. SET in the refrigerator "or freezer to chill, approx. 10-20 minutes. ADD the chilled mixture into your ICE CREAM MAKER and "churn" slowly.
I like to let my "WHIP" churn for about 30-45 min. or longer!
The longer it churn the better the TEXTURE!
Afterward, I add "cool whip" topping to "lighten" the Pineapple whip up a bit. Stir well. Pour into a pastry bag or zip lock bag, snipped the end with a pair of kitchen shears/scissors.
Place in your favorite serving dish or glass. OPTIONAL: Pour delicious fresh pineapple juice in a tall glass, ADD a scoop of the Pineapple soft serve (whip) to the glass. Garnish with a fresh spear of pineapple, cherry and a dollop of cool whip. ENJOY!!!

Item arrived on time with a box of four 4.4 lb. factory packed bags and inside an Amazon brown box. Tasted just like at Disney World. Grandkids loved it as much as our kids and the two of us. Will replenish when the time comes. Used with Cuisinart 2 qt. ice cream maker. Whisk 2 cups water with 1 3/4 cups Dole Whip Mix for 2 minutes (product will thicken a little and be creamy). Then mix in additional 1 7/8 cups water; we used 1% milk. Pour into frozen 2 quart ice cream maker bowl. Need to leave space for freezing ice cream to rise above the machine bowl during the churning process. Thus, one shouldn't use exactly 64 oz. (2 quarts and I would try taking out a tablespoon of the dry mix before 1st whisking with 2 cups water). Start machine and 30-40 minutes later you've got frozen pineapple soft serve. Can churn for 60 minutes for colder, firmer product. We served to the family and froze the remaining Dole Whip in a Tovolo ice cream tub. Frozen state is like a sherbet /gelato. 1 year shelf life for dry mix in cool, dry storage. I placed the unused dry mix into an Oxo POP square container for easy measuring and storage. Three bags unopened were placed for dry storage.
