can you put a turkey that has been stuffed in the fryer?

I do not believe you can. The hot oil needs to get inside the cavity in order to cook the turkey. If it were stuffed, it would have to stay in the oil so long for the stuffing to reach a safe temperature that the turkey would be overcooked; additionally, the oil would be a big mess if bits of stuffing leakinto it and burn.
If you are going to cook stuffing, you are best to simply do it in a casserole ish in your oven.

No because the oil flows through the cavity of the turkey to facilitate the cooking process. You would have a hot mess.
