This sounds so much like a recipe that I had in a restaurant here (of course it closed) except they used tarragon.

I think I will make it, half it, then add the curry to one bowl and tarragon to the other. Will let you know how it turns out.

Funny you should mention that--I do my chicken salad two ways, one with curry as above (only no chutney--that sounds delish) and one with tarragon.

I LOVE the idea of the pasta included. Great post!
