bread bowl dip

i used to have a recipe for bread bowl dip but cannot locate it anywhere. does anyone have a recipe for this or have heard of it? It remember it having melted cheese (maybe velveeta) and beer. you cut the top off of a rounded bread and pull out the bread inside in chunks and use it to dip into the cheese mixture. This is a great super bowl party food. Thanks for any help!
