i make my own no salt chicken broth. i buy chicken quarters for my dogs and then i pressure cook them. i strain the broth and then defat it. that wazy, i have chicken broth that has no salt added at all. i worry about too much salt in foods all the time.

My first personal posting - hey thanks so much. I feel 'important'! You've got the answer - make your own. A bowl of hot Chick/noodles so good when the sniffles catch you; but off the shelf (no names mentioned) are so loaded with salt it's healthier to just have a glass of water. Thanks for the tip. thegreat thing is that you canmake the stockthe way yhou like it. use the herbs and pepper ect to you rtaste. i place it in gallon freezer bags and freeze until i need it.
