i have some that i am making and it is aging right now but it will be a lot of vineagar.  i plan to share with my co workers but still need some ideas.

My uncle used to make red wine vinegar from the grapes he grew. I like it , but have only used it to make salad dressing. I prefer balsamic vinegar for cooking.

i ahd a llt of red wiwne left over and so i made the vineagar .  it is in the bottle on a dark shelf rigjht now.  it must age for a while and then it will be ready to use.

I always keep my little bottle of Pompeian brand in the pantry.  I go through most of it making potato salad.

I agree with the other commenters about uses, and I also love a generous splash on any Italian deli sandwich as well as in pasta salads, even the ones with creamy dressings.

My SIL brought me home a bottle of "O" sherry vinegar from California.  It is delicious.
