I have been making the Paula Dean cinnamon roll recipe for years. It is a special request by friends and everyone loves them. Here are a few hints. The recipe is not difficult but it takes time to make because of the dough rising. I have cut the rolls in a large size as well as smaller bite size. If small size, make sure you do not over bake or they will be dry. I also add more cinnamon. I make a cream cheese frosting - can find on Internet. When cooled, I break these apart and freeze on a cookie sheet and then store in a baggie. Perfect. Just take one out at a time. And one more thing, I take these as a hostess gift when I stay overnight at family or friends and they are much loved warmed up for breakfast the next morning. Your host will love you for this yummy gift that makes breakfast special.
