I personally don’t eat processed foods, aka oils in this case.

 

Recipes can easily be substituted with healthier choices.

If you don’t like coconut oil, don’t use it.

It’s expensive, horribly unhealthy....save your money.

 

There’s nothing magical or mystical with coconut oil.

Saturated fat kills people.

 

Baffling how people have fell for this marketing hype.
