Zwieback Crust for Cheesecake

This is another recipe I've typed for my files and am posting here for anyone who might be interested. I haven't tried this yet, but I like this as an option to other crusts.

“. . . the best of all possible crusts for cheesecake.”

Zwieback crackers, enough to make 1 c crumbs

3 T soft butter
2 T sugar
1/2 t ground cinnamon

Put zwieback in food processor and crumble until powdered.

Measure 1 cup of crumbs and mix with the butter, sugar and cinnamon.

Press into the bottom of a 9- or 10-inch springform pan. Bake 1 min at 350 deg F.

Use with any cheesecake filling, baked or unbaked.
