Ingredients

1-1/3 cup water
4-1/4 cups Bread Flour (King Arthur Bread Flour)

Directions

Place all ingredients in the above order in the bucket, place in bread machine and program for quick white.

Add in 1 clove very finely chopped garlic or herbs for herbed bread.

Yes that is the one that was in my instruction/recipe booklet and since I did not like it I am looking for alternatives that closely compare with the italian bakery in my old hometown.
