made with dough made in my bread machine. I wanted some yummy rolls with dinner yesterday so I was online looking for a recipe. I found one on Youtube by Amy Learns To Cook that looked good.

They were good & so easy to make.

1/4 c oil ( I used Safflower)

1 c water 110°

1 t salt

2 T sugar

3 c bread flour

2 1/4 t yeast

350° about 15 mins until brown & sounds hollow when you thump it

butter rolls 5 mins before finished cooking

She did not roll or knead the dough. It was just cut into 8 larger rolls. I made 12 rolls. The video has the recipe will all the steps. This recipe is a keeper.

The reviews were good. One review stated they used an extra tablespoon of sugar for sweetness. It was good with 2 so you can make them how you like.

Video on Youtube just search Amy's bread machine dinner rolls

They look delicious! When it cools down here, I think I'll pull out my bread machine and try them

We ran out so put some more stuff in the bread machine. Even though it's so hot I will turn on my oven for these. LOL!!!

It's 97° but feels like 108°. Too hot for Sept around here.
