Your thoughts on Coconut cream pie?

I love to make coconut cream pie, but do you think coconut cream pie should have coconut in the actual pie filling and fresh made cream on top with toasted coconut on top?

Or a nice cream filling with some coconut flavoring and toasted coconut on top?? I'm taking a vote!! Im making the pie today, Thanks so much, Brittany
