I can't believe all the discussion on hard boiled eggs! You must go to the search engine and type in steamed eggs. Scroll down to the method given by Beebe2. The little steamers are nice, but you have to pierce the egg shell so it doesn't work for dying Easter eggs, as the dye goes inside the egg. With Beebe's method you don't pierce the egg shell. The eggs are SUPER EASY TO PEEL. I fix a lot more deviled eggs now. and bought my daughter a steamer pan and she is amazed how well this method works. Happy Easter to All!
