That would be a huge no for me with ground beef. It may look decent, smell decent, but it won't taste fresh. Why would you even bother with it? Toss it and don't think back.

vaculm sealers are wonderful espcially with late date meats yes seal it it up freeze it, you can control most of the date;I did it many times,

I do the same thing. I know it's probably just fine but in my mind, nope - it doesn't taste good and itruins the cup of coffee or tea.
