We eat a lot of chicken, it's a great white meat. Not long ago standing in the check out line in one of my grocery stores, I picked up a cookbook by Taste of Home called 'Chicken'. Who knew right??  Anyway, had to buy it. I'm always looking for great ways to fix chicken and really I could sub in turkey or port for many if not all of these recipes.

 

Taste of Home btw is a great mag to grab from the magazine rack or subscribe to for a full range of delishisness. Enjoy this one if you so choose.
