Does anyone have a good recipe for white chocolate fudge?

Easiest recipe in the world. Eagle brand milk.white chocolate morsels. Melt the morsels and add them to the Eagle brand and chill. Doesn't make much but it is good.

Great, I just did something similar. Not sure how it will turn out since I was a cup short of pieces, 2 kinds of those, so I substituted 3/4 C. miniature marshmallows. We'll see how that works. I can have him eat it with a spoon if all else fails. I'm getting into this subbing one thing for another! LOL

Well if you added nuts you will have white chocolate rocky road fudge. When I eat fudge I want chocolate or peanut butter.
By the way how did your fudge turn out?

Nightowlz, So far so good. I had no nuts, that's ok for this time. But I have to tell this one. I also had a 9 x 13 glass dish on the counter and when I took the smaller fudge one out for my husband to see, he thought that was a much better size than the 9 x 13 one. I said, that's for dinner's casserole!!! LOL. Heavens to Betsy!

Qualitygal, Yum!!! I have not ate any fudge since last Christmas. I make a large sheet cake pan of fudge but DH takes some to work & I give some to neighbors. Can't eat much of eat. I like the Butterscotch Haystacks made with the crispy chow mein noodles.

I made five pounds of double decker fudge this week-end. Peanut butter on the bottom Chocolate on top. Since Thanksgiving 1985 every year. Trying to stay strong until Thursday when I take it to my family gathering.

Update, I've now created once again, spoon fudge. I need to find a recipe that works for me. I guess subbing is out. LOL I can't even describe it, although, when trying to lift it from the pan, it's sort of a sculpture until it all falls back into the pan, in slow motion! Man, I've got to find a good fudge recipe. I hope hubby is ready to test. LOL
Becky, if you read this will you post? I'm going to start a fudge thread I guess.
