I buy the Heartland Farm Chicken with the gravy packets. However, I don't always use the gravy for the chicken. Can anyone give me other uses for those packets?

Uses for white pepper gravy:

Gravy with biscuits

Add sausage to gravy over biscuits or
Add browned ground beef to gravy over toast (SOS)

Use with any fried meat!

Over mashed potatoes or rice with a meal.

Dip small bites or nuggets of any meat.

Great dip for French fries!  Enjoy!

Perfect for cube steak and gravy.  After you brown the steak, add the packet and water (or beef broth) and get the extra meat flavor from the browned bits in the skillet.

Is it a dry mix or liquid? If liquid gravy, I like white pepper gravy with just about any meat...from pork chops, cube steak, ground sirloin, etc. It also makes a good base for soup and I have used it to make a broccoli cheddar, chicken with mushrooms and even as a pot pie base.

For dry gravy packets, I use as a spice, prior to air frying or roasting in the oven. For example I will cut up potatoes into cubes or wedges, toss in canola oil, sprinkle the dry gravy mix (1-2 tbs) add ground pepper, then toss potatoes so they are well coated with dry gravy and pepper. Pop into airfryer or roast in oven. I have also done the same thing with precooked, frozen chicken wings. Toss in oil or spray wings then toss dry gravy over wings until coated. Cook in airfryer or oven. Gives the chicken a nice flavor.
