I realize white meat ground turkey is a lean and healthy protein choice -- but I'm having a hard time finding good ways to prepare it! When I've made it into burgers, they seem dry, dense, and tasteless since the white turkey is so very lean. I often use "regular" ground turkey in chili, tacos, spaghetti sauce, etc.........but the white ground turkey seems too light and dry for those recipes, too. The flavor and texture just don't work for me.
How do you folks use ground white-meat turkey? Lookin' for some good ideas, here! TIA.
