I came across this product at Kroger (Pick & Save in my neck of the woods). Anyone have ideas on how it can be used? I was thinking of as a cheesecake ingredient or in lasagna instead of ricotta.

Thank you in advance for any ideas. Happy & healthy 2023 to all!

If this thread goes well with nifty recipes, I will whip my own cottage cheese.

On the last page of recipes from previous poster there is dish that called for cottage cheese. Seemed like a good recipe. I was thinking of replacing the cottage cheese w ricotta as my husband loathes cottage cheese.

I think whipped cottage cheese would work well in that dish and probably also well in hashbrown or tater tot casserole dishes. Maybe manicotti or stuffed shells dishes, binder for chicken in chicken enchiladas.b

Come to think of it I have a recipe from long ago called American Lasagna.  It has cottage cheese and those square American cheese slices you put on hamburgers.  The average person can't tell it from Italian Lasagna, but I don't have any true Italian friends or family.

New York Times has a very popular recipe for mac & cheese that uses whipped cottage cheese.

I will use it in a veggie lasagna today. Did Google it & there are many recipes using cottage cheese & ricotta that I think can work out.

@depglass, I would whip my own next time too. Lots of instructions to do that.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!
