Is that a spice or a description of a mustard in a jar?

I vote description of mustard in a jar.

I read the title,

”When a recipe calls for 2 tbsp......”

I immediately finished it with, “you automatically add 3 tbsps.”

It's a textured mustard in a jar.  It has the very tiny mustard seeds which gives it its grainy texture.

otherwise it would say 
"dry mustard" or yellow or Dijon etc

My son's friends had their Thanksgiving dinner last Saturday. And the recipe called for 2 tbsp. of Whole Grain Mustard. It was a cauliflower recipe. He used 2 heads of cauliflower and said there were no leftovers.

He used Trader Joe's Whole Grain Mustard. Hope your recipe turns out well.

@Hoovermom.  It looks like a delicious coffee cake with cinnamon.  It looks good though, even if it is cauliflower.
