Trucker daughter was home this week, so I have leftovers of  beef stew, chicken and dumplings, and meatloaf.   Both daughters are out with boyfriends for Valentine dinners tonight, so my husband and I took our pick of the leftovers---and finished the chicken and dumplings.

I used a new-to-us recipe saved from the old QVC Recipe Swap forum.     I will name neither the recipe nor the poster.  Let's just say the results were disappointing and leave it there.
