Fortunately, DH is working late tonight so the company will buy his dinner.  I just got home from lunch with my friend so I'm not eating much for dinner, if anything.  We had a delicious salad made with grilled chicken over mixed greens, pieces of apple, bleu cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.

Leftovers from last night. "Deconstructed" stuffed cabbage stew. Everything you would make for stuffed cabbage without stuffing the leaves. Just add rough chopped cabbage to the stuffing ingredients and put it all in the crock pot or PC. It will taste good ot the end of this cold, snowy day.
