Chicken and noodles are on the stove right now. We will either have crackers or garlic toast . I forgot I had garlic toast in the freezer until I saw @qualitygal post. Yum!!

I'm trying something new tonight. In an effort to cut calories a bit, I purchased a Mueller slicer that has a spiralizer attachment. I'm making " zoodles " with zucchini and I made a simple tomato sauce with mushrooms and peppers. I'm anxious to try this out. What other veg do you spiralizer, if you wouldn't mind sharing.

We had planned to go to our favorite diner tonight, but it is pouring.  So, we are having baked salmon that is topped with a sauce of mustard, maple syrup, and soy sauce; leftover saffron rice; and, green beans sauteed in olive oil with onions and garlic.  Dessert is cream puffs that we got this morning at a fundraiser for one of the schools in the area.

I made rice for DH and spinach for me.  I don't like rice, he doesn't like spinach. lol
