Re: What's for Dinner Tonight? Saturday, Sept. 23

Loaded baked potato with all kinds of stuff on it -- anything I can find. Husband's at a pig roast fund raiser. SRSLY, real pig. Ugh. No can do. I rarely eat meat. It's for a charity my family is active in, but I skip the roast every year. So, it's a wonderful nothing planned evening. Housework done and will be checking recorded baseball game while I'm catching up on emails and recorded TV shows. Happy girl.

I'm listening to Michigan football on the radio & ruby red trout is baking in the oven, having jasmine rice & broccoli with it.
