What's Your Must Have Dish, For Thanksgiving Dinner...

Cranberry Relish, Just 12 oz. fresh Cranberries, 1 orange with  peel,  sugar to taste, grind up

cranberries and orange mix with sugar, and put in refrigerator, can also make ahead, always taste better

when it sets and flavors blend together. Please post

your favorites. TIA

Cornbread dressing the way my grandmother made it. I watched/helped her enough I can make it. Accurate recipes for any of her dishes don't exist. You can get close, but you have to have worked beside her in the kitchen to duplicate her meals.

Yep, gotta be cornbread dressing...but I must have some kind of cranberry sauce to go with or I might cry. 😫

As my first Thanksgiving gluten free, I'll try my hand at making ihomemade stuffing with gluten free bread.  Not Thanksgiving without stuffing.

Chestnut stuffing with sauted onions and mushrooms mixed in. Some goes in the bird for my son, and the rest in a casserole to get crispy for the rest of us.  Also a yam casserole that I make every year with yams, apples and cranberries with a pecan crumble topping.

Garlic roasted mashed potatoes and turkey gravy, homemade from stock from the turkey giblets and wing tips. I have to make this every year or my kids will disown me........
